Clinical Evidence Whitepaper

Cranial measurements before and after AiBrain use

This public whitepaper summarizes cranial measurements collected during AiBrain use, including the study design, key observations, interpretation, and use-related findings.

Mean CVAI change7.2% → 3.8%

Approximately 47% relative decrease observed

CVAI shows the degree of left-right head-shape asymmetry. A lower value means less asymmetry.

CVAI, the asymmetry measure, decreased while the cranial index (CI) did not change significantly (p=0.14).

Paired analysis23 infants

The number of infants with both baseline and final measurements.

Mean follow-up2.7 months

The average time between the first and final measurements.

CVAI decrease observed22 of 23

The final CVAI value was lower in 22 of 23 infants.

Paired CVAI measurements for 23 infants before and after AiBrain use. Mean CVAI decreased from 7.2% to 3.8%; 22 infants decreased and one increased.

These are before-and-after changes observed in a single-arm evaluation without a control group. Natural history cannot be separated from the influence of product use.
